Description | A fill locus consisting of soil and rubble. The compacted soil has a fine consistency, containing both silt and sand, with a Munsell Color 7.5 YR 4/4 (Brown). The rubble consisted of some pebbles, cobbles, and nine limestone architectural fragments, which appear to derive from a shattered Attic column base or the echinus of a capital. The fill also contained pottery, bone, metal, and one piece of a plaster construction conglomerate. |
