Description Locus 14 was a soil fill level with a Munsell Color of 5YR 3/4. The soil was fine, somewhat sandy, with a small amount of pebbles and small stones. Inclusions, as in other soil levels, were sparse. This was a soil fill level separating a leveling course from a large rubble fill. Nabataean pottery fragments from this level corresponded to Schmid’s chronology of Nabataean 2c-3a and 2c-3b, or approximately 0 CE – 100 CE.
