Location The north portion of the sondage, beneath the two northern fully exposed terracotta tiles.
Combined with Loci 4, 5, 7, 8.

Underlies Loci 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Description Locus 6 had a Munsell Color of 10YR 4/4. It was moist, fine, soil with pebble and cobble inclusions. Bone and pottery were scarce. It enveloped the rubble leveling course (Locus 7), and in retrospect may actually be the same soil strata as Locus 8. It was a construction level for the terracotta tiled floor.
