Description | 10YR 6/4 light yellowish brown coarse, compacted, dry soil located directly over pavement Locus 50 and at a higher elevation in the east sector. It contains an ash lense, where pavers are missing along the west balk, and only a small amount of bone and pottery. It may have served to seal the level of pavement Locus 50, upon which the kiln foundations were constructed. |
