Description | 7.5YR 3/3 dark brown, fine, compact soil with a large amount of stones, a medium amount of pottery and a much lighter ash content than Locus 46. This soil seems to have been only slightly affected by the kiln activity, being located east of the central production area. It can nonetheless be considered contemporary to Locus 46 on the basis of its location within the trench. |
