Description This locus has fewer stones than locus 7 (fist-size and smaller), and the soil is dark yellowish-brown in color. Approximately 1/2 bowl (16 cm. in diameter/8 cm. in depth) of small well-worn fragments of terracotta was recovered. 41 sherds of pottery were found.
