June 9, 2001
"Dug" throught the previous trenchbooks of Wright and McCallum. It seems as if we are going to be digging in the right place based upon the surface finds and the logs of the previous excavators. Wright actually suggested digging where we will be/have already cleared. Wright also made a rough sketch of the area around CD, and tomorrow I am going to attempt to line up his sketch with my observations to verify his trench.
