| Description | Locus 3 is the top layer of the CB-55 extension. It consists of the same soil as locus 1 in the original CB-55. It is greyish-brown, dry and loose and filled with roots and organic material. The locus covers the entire area of the CB-55 extension with the exception of an area in the NE corner of the extension which was left unexcavated throughout the 2012 season. |
