Condition Surfaces are irregular, worn, pitted, and encrusted; inclusions are visible throughout the fabric. On the flattened surface is a very large, fresh gouge (0.077 x 0.037 m) and an additional deep scratch due to damage from modern tools used in excavation.
Description An irregularly formed terracotta fragment, possibly a waster, preserves one flattened surface. All other surfaces are irregularly pitted, bumpy, and folded over.
