Condition Surfaces are heavily worn, abraded, pitted, and encrusted; numerous large inclusions are visible throughout the fabric. There are some fresh abrasions due to damage from modern tools used in excavation.
Fabric Description Terracotta
Munsell Color 5YR 7/8 reddish yellow, 10YR 6/3 pale brown
Description Terracotta fragment has one flat, finished surface, and one irregular surface that is thick and rounded at one end, then flattens out. In the flat area are two thick, parallel incisions, one deeper than the other.
