Description Locus 14 is a doorway built into the east wall. The doorway, measuring 0.57 m wide, was narrowed (Locus 16) at some point from its original width of 1.00 m (based on doorway in West Chamber), probably due to minor damage. The doorway represents the point of access from the room to the Simon Staircase.
Combined with Trench 55, Locus 5, 1998.
