Description Locus 6 extends across the entire CB-55 extension with the exception of the northeast corner. The soil is a dark brown color and more dense than locus 5. The finds are in general very worn, just like the finds in locus 5. Several of them can be dated to the Archaic phase of Poggio Civitate. It seems likely that the soil in Locus 6 formed through erosion from a point of a higher relative elevation.
