Definition Retaining wall for canal and bedding for Hexagonal Pavement.
Description Locus 6 is a limestone wall of 1-2 courses, which sits on top of and slumps over Locus 30, the early wall. Its length is 14.17 m. It probably functioned as a retaining wall for the Hexagonal Pavement bedding and for the canalization system which was set into it. However, it is also possible that it was re-used to form the eastern wall of the Bidoul canal. Its average width is 0.5 m.
Top (m) Opening elevation: 897.099 m.
