K-M/82 was taken down to the level of the second cut, roughly 15 cm. Six pieces of pottery were found and a small fraction of a cassetta of tile and plaster.
A third cut to 25 cm below surface was begun in K-L/85. We immediately hit large concentrations of plaster and tile. The earth is reddish in places due to the high plaster content. Of particular interest was an akroterion animal statue fragment found in K/85. A paw and part of the foreleg was found lying beside a corner tile fragment logitudinally. Beside the cover tile was a flange and pan tile fragment. A very large piece of plaster was found on the other side of the paw, several centimenters away. The tile in this cut does not continue into every meter. Several pithos fragments have also been found. Some plaster fragments are grey due to burning. Carbonized wood fragments were also present, particularly in meters K/84-83. One piece of bronze was found in L/84. Almost two cassetta of tile were dumped and 2/3 of a cassetta of plaster.
