Pottery Summary
The pottery from T-26 meters T-V/53-56 was composed of impasto, redware, coarse impasto, orangeware, and trace amounts of creamware and bucchero. The majority of the sherds are from utility vessels - very little decorated pottery was found. No complete profiles were reconstructed. Of the pottery recovered, 100% of it was saved in D. Newland Rep. Pottery Box 1989 T-26.
All the pottery recovered came from a 0-90 cm from relative ground. A very little bit came from the burn layer circa 85-90 cm - all is included in the representative box.
Approximately 60% of the pieces are impasto, 22% of the pieces are orangeware, 15% heavy coarse impasto, 1% bucchero, 1% redware, and 1% creamware.
