S-U/57-58 was taken down to the 80 cm level.  One tall latte box of pottery was filled - all fabrics were represented.  Several large fragments, including lips, of coarseware cooking pots were found.  Bone fragments were also discovered.

One piece of bronze slag was found.

Carbon is not heavy at all at this level; a few pieces turn up occasionally.  Some coarseware fragments reveal burning on their inner sides. Most pottery reveals no signs of having been burned.
