Grid A-B/28-30 was excavated this afternoon up to the northern foundation wall of room 1 in T-18 (see JN I ).  A heavy stone packing roughly aligned east to west was uncovered in grid C-D/28-30.  This will be cleaned down and photographed.  A few pieces of greyware pottery and 1 1/2 boxes of tile were discovered.
