Description | Rough plaster layer of off-white, underlying the painted plaster Locus 19 in some locations. Covers a large area of the trench, possibly sealing the loci underneath. It looks like bedding for the painted plaster, as it is not finished. In some areas it could have been a rough, white wall that would have been exposed, as there was no painted plaster above it. These portions approximately match some plaster found adhering to Loci 3 and 15. |
