Description 7106 is directly below 7105 in the trench. Its soil and context are identical with 7105. We have turned up several more stones and illustrated them on the plan view. The ceramics remain almost entirely tile frags. The SU is closed so that 7108 can be created out of 7106 and 7107, once they reach a common elevation (for the sake of clarity).

Addendum (17/6/09): While 7106 and 7107 were separate SUs in the trench, once they reach a common bottom elevation, I thought it best to close them, and create on larger SU out of the 2—7108. This way, we would only have one SU open rather than 2. Besides, SU 7107 was a surface cleaning, technically, and so had to be closed. Once 7106 was level with it, we closed 7106. This was done primarily for logistical reason (soil and context were the same). Hope this helps.
