Description The northern two-thirds of the trench, measuring 4.07 m east-west (except for the jog for 1995 SP 25 — from stylobate wall to stylobate wall), and 10 m north-south. This is a deposit of "tired" gray soil deposited by the Bedouin farmers. It contains relatively little cultural material. The soil is light reddish brown, 5YR 6/3.
Stage Description Deposits from the agricultural use of the area by Bedouin farmers marked by plowed and eroded gray soil.
Phase Description Phase XIV: Modern period marked by Bedouin activity and the accumulation of recent debris.
Bottom (m) Closing elevation: 898.586 m.
