Definition | Doorway. |
Description | Not very well-preserved doorway, leading from the landing area of Locus 24 floor, through Locus 21 wall, to the south. This is the south balk of the trench, and the wall here is quite battered, so it is unclear exactly how deep the doorway (or Locus 21 wall) is here. The doorway measures 1.23 m in width. The slightly-raised, sandstone, threshold stones (reddish-purple) are also suffering from a disintegration disorder. |
