Phase X: Site abandonment post major collapse dating to the Byzantine period from the CE 4th through 5th c.

Description	Munsell 7.5YR3/3 Dark Brown. An overburden layer of very loose, fine sand (almost dust, really) mixed with rocks, debris, and ancient and modern materials. It is fairly deep in the east third of the trench, but gets more shallow as one moves west. Its archaeological value is limited.
