Description | This was the soil that was closest to the Locus 61 bedrock floor in Cave 2. It is composed of a Strong Brown (Munsell 7.5 YR 3/4) soil matrix, containing numerous material inclusions. It definitely contains material from the hill above that probably mixed with the abandoned material inside Cave 2 when the cave was flooded with sediment. |
