Condition Broken on all sides. Incisions are preserved on the exterior. The surface is well preserved.
Description Fragment of an incised bucchero vessel. The fragment is convex on the exterior. The piece preserves most of an incised lotus bud design. The bud consists of two interlocked "V" shaped elements surmounted by a semicircle. On either side of the lotus bud are preserved portions of curved incised palmettes. Three semicircular incised lines are found outside one of the palmettes. The interior preserves wheel marks.
