Site number Mg-0426
Project name Bradford Woods Robb Hill Survey
Surface exploration methods Along with a number of flakes and a possible scraper, an early archaic point which is probably a Kirk Corner notched projectile point was found at this location. The location is a few square meters of sloping, eroded trail adjacent to the Bradford Woods administration parking lot. The fine workmanship and thin nature of the projectile point indicate that the point is Early Archaic and this is consistent with other early archaic points found at Bradford Woods (St. Charles found only about 200 meters away at site # 12 Mg-326 in 2004).
