Description | Sherd is a fragment of neck and possibly shoulder area of pitcher-like vessel, with rounded projecting ridge marking top of shoulder section and almost vertical, curved wall preserving part of neck, broken below rim; inner surface plain, without glossy finish; exterior surface of neck has traces of two bands of decoration - two series of unevenly set impressed circular designs set horizontally -designs consist of recessed circle with raised circular ridge and central dot set inside it; impressions differ slightly with some recesses larger than others, etc. |
