Description The east wall of the East Exedra leading to the 'Lower Market.' (This locus is the continuation of Trench 38, Locus 7). In its upper courses, this is a crude, sandstone, ashlar wall, but with its lower courses it becomes more regular in construction. Excavations took place along its eastern face for a length of 6.27 m. Its preserved excavated height is 3.3 m. The top of the wall is lichen infested. It is slightly tipped from the south-to-north.
