Description | Fragmentary bucchero kantharos preserving a very wide, thin vertical rim slightly rounded at top and merging with shallow sloping body at a ridged shoulder; set onto the body at the shoulder is the base of the handle which rises above in a loop-like formation joining body at smooth rim; there is an exterior decoration of three horizontal grooves circling the exterior of the upper part of the rim and are interrupted at the handle. |
