General Notes | Museum Book describes this object as "Flint. Sickle." Millimeter card: "Fragment of a sickle flint of brown material, chipped from opposite edge. Only one edge worked, the others only being roughly smoothed. Worked edge being shiny from use for ca. 3mm back from edge. The line of work is very regular which would indicate flint had been imbedded in implement of wood or bone." |
