Stage Description Deposits from the agricultural use of the area by Bedouin farmers and subsequent topsoil deposits.

Stage Stage 4
Description This is a loosely-packed layer of reddish-brown soil with small rock inclusions; the Munsell color is 5YR 5/4. It was assigned on Daily Field Form Sequence Number 25001. There were some finds. The pottery is predominantly Nabataean. A beautiful marble floor tile surfaced in this locus. Some architectural fragments were found on the surface of this locus as well. This layer is late and probably belongs to the recent Bedouin agricultural period.
Phase Description Phase XIV: Modern period marked by Bedouin activity and the accumulation of recent debris.
