| Description | This piece preserves part of the projection up from the top of the head which was attached to the sima. The back of the right side of the face is badly chipped and the right fang is missing, producing a droopy, lopsided effect in the opening of the mouth. The front part of the lower jaw is broken off. Traces of what may have been red paint can be seen on the upper part of the head. The piece differs from similar ones in its smaller and less pronounced nostrils, off- center nose, and upper jaw of uneven thickness. |
