Since only part of the trench was picked and cleaned yesterday opening eleavations will be forgone today. The western half of the trench was picked. Soil was sorted by hand and then dumped. Some worn pieces of tile were recovered. A pick pass was done over the entire trench. Ample organics were uncovered along with worn tile and eroded pottery. While sorting the soil an unrecognizable terracotta was found (special find #1). The ridge between CB 57 and CB 60 was leveled.
