E-F/105-106 were taken down to 70 cm below surface.  The earth has become hardpacked - but it remains brown - no yellow soil has been found.  A grey tint to the soil seems to exist in places.  The usual things were found - very little tile, very little pottery.

E-F/105-106 were taken down to 85 cm below surface.  The soil has become very "rocky" and large stones exist at the bottom of this cut in 105.  Occassional tile and pottery fragments continue to be found but not in abundance.

The cut was taken down to roughly 95 cm below surface.  Rocks exist in abundance, especially in 105.  The soil is very hard and still grey-brown.  One half a cassetta of tile was found over the coarse of the morning.  Six pieces of orangeware were found.
