Cut 4/5 was completed in A-C 35, thus completing the cut into 33 through 35. The following layers were observed, from top to bottom; yellow, clay-like soil-a thin layer of yellow sand (probably decomposed plaster)- burn layer. This burn layer was rather sporadic and apparently could be encountered if another, slightly deeper cut were taken. However, debrock was reached in B-C35, and further excavateion seems unnecessary. 1 box of tiles, 2 cartons of pottery primarily non-bucchero.
Grids H-I-J 33-35 were completely excavated down to the depth of H-I-J 30-32. The "wall" found in J30-32 stops
J33 and does not continued fuither East. The stratigragphy was identical to H.I.J. 30-32. Fragments of pottery were extremely plentiful in the area of that burn laer, this was almost entirely non-bucchero ceramics. 4 pieces of bronze and slag were found in I/M 33-34.
