The extension of the section trench was taken into meters S14, W59 and S14, W60 and down to a depth of 100-110 cm below surface level.  The stratigraphy on the southern, western, and northern sides is fully consistent with the section drawn on Friday.

The surface soil is dark brown and heavy with organic material.  The second stratum is a yellowish brown soil with stones and the third is galestra and natural stone formations.  The second and third strata are the same color and only differ in consistency.  Two small, worn pieces of terracotta were found in the humus/topsoil, but no further material was found in this trench extension.
