Grids F-G/27-26 were further excavated.  Tile fragments, coarseware chunks, and some bucchero found.

Work ended this afternoon when bedrock was encountered at a depth approx. 1 m 50 when measured from the top of the loose rock packing.  A layer of light brown soil rested above the bedrock approx. 15 cm thick.  A few coarseware pottery fragments and tile pieces were found.
